Free 90 day return policy

      1. Our 90-day return policy allows customers to return a refurbished consumer electronic item within 90 days of the purchase date, if the item is defective or if they are not satisfied with it.
      2. If the item is defective, customers should contact us within 90 days of the purchase date to initiate the return process. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and cover the shipping costs.
      3. If customers are not satisfied with the item, they can initiate the return process within 90 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition, with all accessories included. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return. 
      4. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns under this policy.
      5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
      6. This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from us. Returns for items purchased from third-party sellers or other retailers are subject to their respective return policies.
      7. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged due to customer misuse, or is returned outside of the 90-day window.
      8. If any accessory is missing upon return, we have the right to charge you to replace the accessories. 

2 years of normal wear and tear coverage

  1. Our plan covers wear and tear issues for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, including sound going out, battery degrading, loose hinges that hold the earbuds in place, malfunctioning touch controls, damaged charging ports, and connectivity issues.
  2. Wear and tear is defined as the normal deterioration of the product over time from regular use.
  3. Coverage for wear and tear issues does not apply if the damage is a result of abuse, misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
  4. If a covered wear and tear issue arises, customers must contact our customer support team to initiate a claim.
  5. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue is covered under the wear and tear coverage and may require proof of purchase or additional information to process the claim.
  6. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  7. If a replacement product is provided, it may be a refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
  8. Our coverage for wear and tear issues does not extend beyond the 2-year coverage period.

  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your refurbished product purchased from us, you may return it for a refund within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories and manuals that were included in the original shipment.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in its original condition, or if it is returned after the 90-day return period.
  5. This money-back guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  6. If any accessory is missing upon return, we have the right to charge you to replace the accessories. 


  1. Customers are eligible to file up to two claims per year for accidental damage, including drops that result in broken components, spills that damage the electronics, and accidental damage caused by pets.
  2.  Claims must be filed within the timeframe of the warranty plan of the incident and customers must provide proof of the incident, including photos and/or video evidence.
  3. Our warranty plan does not cover intentional or deliberate damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.
  4.  We reserve the right to deny a claim if the customer is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions, or if the incident falls outside the scope of accidental damage coverage.
  5. In the event that a claim is approved, we will provide repair or replacement of the damaged item at our discretion.
  6. The replacement item will be a refurbished product or a new product of comparable or better quality.
